Last week I had posted a negative review given my initial experience with Level Up Motors. I am now posting an edited review because Suren (my first encounter was another person) followed up personally to see what the issues were and to see what he could do to earn my business. After explaining, he asked if I would come back to talk and to test drive the vehicle I was interested in. When I arrived, Suren was very helpful and the car was ready to go. I had a great test drive, sat down with Suren and purchased the car with a couple of minor concerns that were to be addressed in the certification. The whole process was seamless, informative and efficient. When I picked up the car this week, it had been meticulously detailed, the minor concerns I had (brakes) had been addressed and the car drove beautifully. I am now the happy owner of a 2011 BMW 328i thanks to Suren following up on my concerns and going over and above. He’s now earned a customer for life.
